Magic Shows in London

We are at long last beginning to see the opening of Theatres & shows in London. In this section, I shall try to keep up to date details of venues where magic performances can be seen in the near future, here are some that I know of for now.


Wonderville Magic & Illusion Show - Palace Theatre, 109 - 113 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1V 8AY

Magic returns to London's West End, with a show at the fabulous Palace Theatre. Five illusionists perform in each show at this spectacular showcase of entertainment. Performers include Chris Cox, Josephine Lee, Young & Strange and Ed Hillsum, plus either Amazi or Synome. In all, an excellent show to re-launch Magic in London's West End.

Close-Up at The Magic Circle - The Magic Circle, 12 Stephenson Way, Euston, NW1 2HD

The Magic Circle is once again open and starting with a Close-Up show on 23rd July. Here you'll have the opportunity to enjoy expert Close-Up Magic performed by a variety of top magicians, plus some time to look around the fabulous building, packed with artefacts & memorabilia displaying Magic's history.

Laura London's Cheat Show - Elektrowerkz, 7 Torrens St, EC1V 1NQ

Take a step back in time and watch as Laura presents her one woman show, CHEAT. It's the incredible story of Geraldine Hartman, a card shark, gambler & sleight of hand artist in the 1920s. A rare opportunity to delve into this notoriously secretive world, as Laura shares the methods of card cheats and hustlers in a passionate performance.

The Ned, 27 Poultry, EC2R 8AJ

Magic can often be seen being performed in the bars & restaurants of this exclusive venue in the city of London. If you're nearby, it's worth a visit this venue in the centre of London, between Wednesday & Saturday evenings, as you'll often find magicians Fay Presto, Zap or Roberto Forzoni performing Close-Up Magic. Simon Drake's House of Magic:-

Simon's own Theatre/Bar (at a secret London location) where he performs a stage show as the finish to an evening that includes a buffet with walk around magic. It's all done in his excellent and interesting venue designed to his own particular magic taste.

Covent Garden, London WC2

As London opens up again, Street Performers can be seen among the entertainers performing in London's popular Covent Garden area. Always worth a visit if you're nearby, link here
