A great gag, perfect for stand up, cabaret or stage. Its uses are limited only by your imagination, but here's an outline suggestion:

At any point during your act, you pick up a bottle to pour a drink for a spectator. Nothing funny so far, but as you go to pour from it the neck tips the opposite way. ;A very funny piece of visual business
