A beautiful effect involving a small tube, rod and a single dice (die). The tube has a hole through the sides at one end, the die has a matching hole. The die is dropped into the tube and locked in place by pushing the solid rod through both tube and die. Everything looks clean and above board - until, at the magician's command, the die penetrates through the rod and falls from the tube.
